Of the many types of irrational phobias that exist out there, one of the most obscure ones is the fear of stars. This is also known as siderophobia. Although very rare and indeed quite peculiar, it is a very real problem for a small number of people.

Had every one of the most obscure of all the many phobias that exist in the world, Arithmophobia is the fear of numbers. There are literally hundreds of different types of phobias and there are people who suffer from just about anything you can imagine. The fear of numbers is one of the more obscurities and is brought about by a rational and illogical fear, as are most phobias.

Homichlophobia, The Fear Of Fog
There are many forms of phobias and while some of these are well known and suffered by a large number of people, many of them are particularly obscure and virtually unheard of. One of these particularly obscure fears is Homichlophobia which is the irrational and illogical fear of fog. As with many of these types of irrational fears, there may be no apparent basis or reason for it but for some it may be a serious problem.
